So Fallout Online 2238 is a fallout 2 online modification.
How to install
First: IF you don't have fallout 2 buy it or torrent it.
Second: Go here and download the client and install it. http://fonline2238.blogspot.com/
Third: After it is installed check for updates and make sure your critter.dat and master.dat paths are correct.
(Use the updater.exe to check for updates and go to your FOCONFIG2238.exe go to datafiles tab and makes sure your files paths are setup)
Fourth: Launch and create your character.
